Town of Shaftsbury Reappraisal 2024/2026
The Town of Shaftsbury has contracted with NEMRC to complete a reappraisal of all properties in Shaftsbury, starting in August of 2024 and ending for the 2026 tax year. Each Assessor from NEMRC will have identification. A postcard will be mailed out to each property owner a week or two before the Assessors start on their road.
